…and that’s all I have to say about that.
Second, the run itself was pretty smooth. Was worried that moving from 6:50 to 6:30 training pace would be taxing, but it’s not so bad. Quick cadence with the feet. Music was good. Weather was good. Loving the new kicks (even though the outsides of my feet hurt a little bit). Four weeks of this should set off the next time trial pretty easily. Diet probably helped a lot too – lots of carbs lately. That’s another post for another day. Need to slow down a little tomorrow as well. So far so good… Have a great day and thanks for reading!
