About Me

I love running. Looking to improve everyday. Recently bested my high school 5K time. Setting new goals now and enjoying the ride. It’s more fun to talk about when other people are sharing their journey as well.

Personal Records:

1 mile: 4:36 (2001)

5K: 16:58.91 (2015)

Long: 16 miles (2012)

  4. Boxing is one of my favourite sports too. Irrespective of what your views may be, money mayweather is without doubt the best defensive fighter I have ever seen! 🙂

  9. Hi
Thank you for liking my post. I’m so glad to have seen your blog! I am signing up immediately to receive your posts via email too. I used to run after I had my first baby. I loved doing fun runs with her in the jogging pram. After my second baby I’ve had some hip trouble and haven’t had great success (think no distance achieved and debilitating recovery heh heh). Hopefully your blog will inspire me to get out there again.
